AWARD CRITERIA AND RULES:

This award is presented to the Fair that has taken the initiative to improve its building or
grounds for the betterment of the fair. Size of the project is not a major consideration.
Improvements that are related to safety of the patrons, convenience or overall
appearance of the fair are some of the criteria. The improvement DOES NOT
have to be an original idea, but consideration will be given to new ideas.
Individuals independent of the Association will conduct judging.
